What is the difference between coaching and training, and which does my organization need?

Coaching is personalized, one-on-one development that helps individuals unlock their potential and address unique challenges. Most organizations benefit from both: our blended approach of company training program for employees combines training programs with individual coaching sessions to ensure learning sticks and drives real behavioural change.
How are Meeraq learning programs delivered?
Meeraq corporate training solutions courses are offered both virtually and in-person. Virtual courses are conducted over 4 weeks; with 1 bite-sized session of 2 hours per week. In-person programs are delivered as per requirement. These may be bundled with learning impact multipliers like 1:1 coaching sessions and refresher webinars.
How is coaching progress/impact measured?
Coaching progress is measured on Meeraq’s proprietary Personal Scorecard. The coachee self-reports their progress on agreed upon goals for the coaching. This scorecard gives a measurable indication of the impact created by the coaching.
What is the importance of leadership development?
