Our Behaviour Upskilling Program functions in three phases:

1. Preparatory Phase

Meeraq’s consultants conduct a pre-study to understand learning needs in the context of business goals. Through Management Stakeholder Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, and Dip-stick Studies, we map goals, expectations, success metrics, current skills, mindsets, and challenges. This insight informs the program design and delivery methodology.

2. Learning Phase

The Meeraq classroom is designed for learning, reflection, and practice. Our facilitation blends three complementary personas—Teacher, Consultant, and Coach. Beyond the classroom, learners are supported through the Buddy System and our ‘Coaching for Learning’ sessions, helping them apply concepts and overcome real-time challenges.

3. Sustainability Phase

As new skills and behaviours evolve, their effectiveness depends on consistent application. Our programs include a sustainability phase with ongoing support through check-ins, reviews, and learning nudges over several months to ensure long-term impact.
