The Internal Coach Training Program is conducted in partnership with Coach-To-Transformation, our coach training arm. It is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program that provides a pathway to earning ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC).

The program includes:

  • Virtual classes over 4 months facilitated by a Mentor Coach
  • Peer coaching and access to an extended peer network
  • One-to-one mentoring by trained MCC/PCC coaches
  • Self-learning through access to a comprehensive LMS, along with curated books and articles
  • Mock online assessments
  • Performance evaluation
  • A reflective and experiential classroom environment that builds understanding of ICF coaching competencies and supports the journey of becoming a coach
