The Performance Coach Certification program is delivered by an MCC/PCC coach and can be conducted both virtually and in person. The program includes:

  • 30 hours of virtual or in-person classroom sessions
  • Peer coaching sessions
  • Self-learning through access to a comprehensive LMS, along with curated books and articles
  • Two coachees provided by the organization for hands-on practice
  • Mock online assessments
  • Coachee orientation program (optional)
