We designed a 1-day training intervention for the client’s nominated buddies, starting with pre-study with  FGDs and stakeholder interviews to contextualize the program.

The training focused on key competencies such as

• Active listening
• Creating safe spaces
• Building trust and relationships
• Empathy,
  and
• Clarifying the role of a buddy.

Pre & Post Assessment were designed to ensure the needle movement.

Post-program touchpoints were incorporated to help participants reflect on their learnings, share experiences of applying them, address challenges, and troubleshoot effectively.
